My name is Laura Dias, Founder of Sanctuary Within Healing and Energy Healer. As a Certified Huna Practitioner and conduit for a higher intelligence, I work passionately within the Huna and Shamanism mindset with the belief that we must connect in unison with mind, body and spirit before healing can be ignited. By connecting with the love, light and support of the Spiritual realm we bring forward and hold space for healing and guidance that is waiting to be revealed with your free will. Naturally igniting within you the intelligence of how to heal yourself through the wisdom that already exists inside of each and every one of us is key to healing oneself back to true nature.

I was born and still reside in Etobicoke, Ontario, Canada, where I enjoy life’s blessings with my husband Joe, my children Matthew, Lauren & Nate and our animal friends Hudson and Phil. I provide all of offerings out of my home practice in Etobicoke and also provide virtual services around the world.

With Training and Master Certification in Huna, Ho’oponopono, Kahi, Shamanic Arts (Munay-Ki Rites), Aqualead, Chakra Balancing, Mediumship, Tarot & the Oracle, my journey of opening and expanding into higher awareness and a higher, altered state of consciousness with the abundance that the Universal Field of Wellness has to offer is always evolving. Healing my mind and body with Huna from an abusive childhood through transforming and shifting the energy as a call for healing completely shifted everything, my health, my relationship with the world and most important nurturing and growing the self-love that awaited my presence.

Awakening to the “aha” moment of knowing that all pain and disharmony is a call for Universal energy and the light of our Higher Self has been the one and only life event that changed everything. Huna brought to the surface and enhanced my awareness of what I’ve always known at the soul level, my ability to reach a higher state of consciousness and connect with the unseen world. What was confusing, often traumatic and uncomfortable as a child is now viewed as my core strength and the stairway to my sanctuary within where I reside today and where I thrive to lead others back to on their path to their sanctuary within.

Contrary to what the modern day message is around Spirituality, healing is not about being “fixed”, it is another level of consciousness and is meant to reveal what is already within you. I have used the teachings of Huna to create my own flow during a session as I do not resonate with a fixed style of healing. Remaining open to the energy which is unique to each and every soul allows me to be present while you open to your own true nature.

I hold Huna near and dear to my heart and find an immense level of joy helping others heal and live a life of joy by reaching a higher state of awareness by accepting and acknowledging all that the Universe has to give in it’s abundance. To be the conduit for Source is incredibly humbling, euphoric and will always be my life mission and endless journey of pure joy.
