We incarnate into our bodies for one purpose – the evolution of our soul. Our time here on earth is meant to be lived to our fullest and highest potential through learning and growing and navigating toward our True Self to uncover the essence of wholeness that we arrived as. According to Huna tradition, all illness, whether that illness be physical, emotional, mental or spiritual is born of tension, and to release that tension is to step into the universal field of health and wellness.
The goal of Huna Healing is to release the tension and constriction that we hold within us by integrating all aspects of the Self through discovery of the root cause that is antithetical to our best interest. We access a Higher Power to effect healing at every level, area and aspect of our being through the process of Intuitive Therapy and Energetic Bodywork.
We begin with Intuitive Therapy to connect and together reach a level of understanding of the areas in your life that require higher vibrational support. Intuitive Therapy uncovers what may be holding you back from living a life of fully experiencing everything that your soul is calling you to do. Beliefs, conditioning, misperceptions and fears about yourself and everything external to you represents deep low vibrational patterns that can keep you in a state of feeling stuck, anxiety ridden, exhausted and depleted and impacts our physical health. These “stories” can only exist if not dealt with at the energetic level and through Huna we learn to change and unlearn all that manifested the life that is no longer serving you for your highest good. Intuitive Therapy involves deep examining of your life and uncovers your true self by embarking on a journey of self-love, self-worth and an understanding and acceptance of how to evolve to honor your true identity and bring your sacred self and purpose into your physical reality.
Following the Intuitive Therapy, through Energetic Bodywork we move into scanning your body to locate the low vibrational energies attached to the limited beliefs, old wounds, fears and stories creating mind and body discomfort while working in unison with the Universal realm to shift and transform the energy from dense to light and from low to high. For ailments and evidence of pain, although the issue is felt in a certain area of the body, the blockage and density may exist in another area of the bodies organs, systems and chakras. Life force energy is restored by holding space in the area receiving support, leaving you feeling vibrant and regenerated and the body’s intelligence is re-set to remember how to heal itself. Kahi, a gentle touch healing, may also be called in to support an area of disharmony as well as guided visualization and meditation. The energy healing is performed fully clothed on a massage table. What you may feel during the session is a release of emotion or a physical sensation such as warmth or tingling as the energy releases and shifts.
Following the Energetic Bodywork, a review of the experience is discussed and any intuitive/channeled messages of love and inspiration from the Universal realm are shared. Any recommendations to continue the momentum of the healing will be shared as we end the session. Oracle and/or Tarot cards will be pulled following the bodywork portion of the session. Additional support including customized meditations, journal prompts and/or self healing practices will be sent following the session if guided however the ultimate homework is always provided by the Universe when you leave your session!
Distant/Virtual healing sessions are performed with the same principles explained above and the experience and sensations are no different then an in-person session. The session will be performed either by phone, Zoom, WhatsApp or FaceTime and it is your choice whether or not to stay connected to technology during the treatment.
One may find complete wholeness in one session or a series of sessions which is fully dependent on the issue however relief will be experienced after each healing as the body moves into a higher vibration of life force and ease and an overall feeling of peace is felt as the body absorbs the parasympathetic state of the nervous system.
Whether the healing is performed in person or distant, it is solely your choice. There is no preference from a Spiritual healing perspective as energy healing holds no physical constraints.
